Job Summary:

Cognizant is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), particularly with SailPoint IdentityIQ and RSA Aveksa (RSA IGL). The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and contribute significantly to the successful implementation and support of access governance and lifecycle management solutions.

This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work both remotely and onsite with no travel required.

Responsibilities:

SailPoint IIQ Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for implementation of solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ for Access Governance and Lifecycle Management.
• Own and deliver end-to-end implementation from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, QA, and Project Managers.
• Conduct proactive research and develop new technologies, services, and solutions.
• Customize and create connectors using Java, JavaBeans, and APIs.
• Develop custom tasks and workflows using SailPoint API.
• Ensure high-quality code using best practices and testing principles.
• Contribute both as a team member and as an individual contributor.

RSA Aveksa (RSA IGL) Responsibilities

• Expert-level knowledge of RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle (IGL).
• Hands-on with Access Request Module (ARM), Access Certification Module (ACM), Business Role Module (BRM), Access Fulfillment Express (AFX), and access rules.
• Responsible for reviews, access rules, forms, workflows, and AFX provisioning.
• Manage implementation issues, upgrades, installations, and migrations.
• Perform RSA IGL patch updates, AFX server installation, and troubleshooting.
• Develop RSA IGL dashboards and reports per business requirements.
• Contribute to PoCs and collaborate in team environments to ensure timely delivery.

Desired Profile

• 5+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation, development, and integration.
• Strong understanding of IAM/IGA concepts.
• Familiarity with Java, J2EE, XML, RESTful APIs, JDBC, SQL, Maven, Git, Jenkins.
• Strong Oracle and MS SQL Server database skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical problem solver with decision-making skills.
• Capable of working independently and within teams.

• Able to handle migrations, patch upgrades, and troubleshoot IAM platforms.
• Ability to contribute to PoCs, dashboards, and reports development.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model and delivering results independently.
